- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to many countries. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 7-21 business days. International shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
Please note that international orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Infinity Hato is not responsible for customs clearance or any associated charges imposed by customs authorities in your country.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. If you do not receive tracking information or have issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
5. Delivery Times
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note that shipping times are approximate and subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather delays, holidays, or carrier delays. Infinity Hato is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
- Domestic Shipping (USA): 5-7 business days for standard shipping; 2-3 business days for expedited shipping.
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages
While we take great care in shipping your order, once the package leaves our facility, Infinity Hato is not responsible for any issues related to delivery, including lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open an investigation.
7. Returns and Shipping Costs
